Customer Monitoring. 35.1. Notw ithstanding the DDoS Mitigation Service’s ow n DDoS Event screening and analysis capabilities, Customer agrees that it must notify VM if it is experiencing or believes it is experiencing a DDoS Event.

Customer Monitoring. Contractor shall cooperate with Client in monitoring customer satisfaction for value received through an objective evaluation system involving customer representation from a cross section of Client community, including Client guests. All satisfaction survey instruments used for assessment must be approved by Client prior to distribution, and the results thereof shared as part of the semester reviews. Methods for providing feedback shall be posted in each dining operation within the Premises. Methods for providing feedback shall include but not be limited to: a website link, a section of any mobile dining application, live polling etc., for the campus community to communicate both compliments and suggestions regarding campus dining to include catering. The Client’s Director of Campus Dining and Contractor’s Resident District Manager shall each receive these communications and mutually agree upon the manner in which each is handled. Contractor shall aggregate all survey data and provide Client with a dashboard of customer satisfaction at the end of each semester. Contractor shall participate in yearly assessment of its effectiveness utilizing Marketing Students from Client’s Xxxxxxx College of Business.
Customer Monitoring. The following monitoring obligations shall apply to the Customer:
Customer Monitoring. A meeting will be held every six weeks chaired by the Business Unit Administrator Waste Services (BUA) with representative service customers to review the performance in terms of its quality and adherence to the schedules.

Customer Monitoring. During the term of this Agreement, Cardinal Health will implement processes and procedures to monitor customer order patterns. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, Cardinal Health and Prometheus will agree upon parameters which may represent speculative buying activity by Cardinal Health customers. Any orders that exceed [***]% of the Customers average weekly movement and has a material impact on Cardinal's overall average weekly movement, will be investigated by Cardinal Health and the outcome reported to Prometheus. If it is determined by Prometheus and Cardinal Health that a customer is engaging in speculative purchasing activity, additional steps will be implemented by Cardinal Health to limit such customer purchases to reasonable levels.
Customer Monitoring. During the term of this Agreement but no later than forty-five (45) days from the execution date, Cardinal Health will implement processes and procedures to monitor Cardinal Health's customer ("Customer") order patterns. Within thirty (45) days of execution of this Agreement, Cardinal Health and First Horizon will agree upon parameters whereby Cardinal Health shall monitor [***] by Customers. Cardinal Health shall promptly notify First Horizon of any Customer activity that meets these parameters. Cardinal will take appropriate action which could include any following: [***].

Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
