Common use of Customer Materials Clause in Contracts

Customer Materials. Except as may be otherwise agreed to in writing, the parties agree that Customer owns all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all training materials provided by Customer, including all paper manuals, courseware, and documents necessary to deliver the training syllabi (the “Customer Materials”). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, if Customer provides Customer Materials for purposes of the Services, Customer grants FlightSafety a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable right to use the Customer Materials solely in connection with Services. Such Customer Materials may not be copied, distributed to others, or transferred to others for any reason.
