Common use of Customer Lists and Records Clause in Contracts

Customer Lists and Records. Prior to or at the Closing the Seller shall furnish the Purchaser with all of the Seller's Customer Lists, which shall include a complete and correct list of all of the Seller's customers and their addresses, and such other and further information as the Purchaser may reasonably request in respect of the business of the Seller.
