Common use of Customer First Clause in Contracts

Customer First. During the period that Continental places its designator code on flights operated by Contractor, Contractor will adopt and follow plans and policies comparable (to the extent applicable and permitted by law and subject to operational constraints) to Continental's Customer First Commitments as presently existing and hereafter modified. Contractor acknowledges that it has received a copy of Continental's presently existing Customer First Commitments. Continental will provide Contractor with any modifications thereto promptly after they are made.
