Customer Files. EES providers shall maintain individual customer files, which must include the following: (3-29-17)
Customer Files. In its provision of the PayMode Processing Services, Tech shall accept and process files that are received directly from Bank’s Customers as well as Customer-initiated files that are routed through Bank’s network and systems prior to being submitted to Tech for processing.
Customer Files. MSC grants to UGS the right and license to use one copy of all customer files and information described in Section 4.1 of this Agreement. All such customer files and information shall be treated as Confidential Information pursuant to the obligations set forth in Section 12, unless such customer specifically, and in writing, waives the confidentiality restrictions or protections to be afforded such files.

Customer Files. All materials relating to the customers of the Business (the “Customer Files”) who are currently or have been since December 31, 2004 customers, are complete and accurate in all material respects.

Customer Files. Records maintained and produced for Customer ("Customer Files") may be subject to examination by such Federal, State, or other governmental regulatory agencies as may have jurisdiction over Customer's business to the same extent as such records would be subject if maintained by Customer on its own premises. Customer agrees that PCS is authorized to give all reports, summaries, or information contained in or derived from the data or information in PCS's possession relating to Customer when formally requested to do so by an authorized regulatory or government agency. Customer will pay any reasonable fees incurred for producing such information. PCS agrees to notify Customer promptly of any such regulatory request if authorized to do so.
Customer Files. The customer file information of persons who purchase RG Products through the WFM Site shall be the joint property of WFM and RG, and as such, each party shall have access to such information. In connection with the sharing of customer file information, WFM and RG shall develop, adopt and publish a mutually acceptable, shared customer privacy policy.
