Customer Facility Charge. Effective on the commencement date of this Contract and continuing through the term of the Contract, the Contractor shall collect a Customer Facility Charge (CFC) on behalf of the Authority in the amount of Three Dollars ($3.00) for each Transaction Day of each rental. The purpose of the CFC is to provide a funding source for the initial development of the consolidated Sites provided herein and potential future design, development, and construction of a new CRCF. Any or all of the CFCs (which shall include any and all adjustments of such charge) for the benefit of the Authority may be used for any lawful purpose as determined by the Authority to include, but not limited to, the planning, design, construction, renovation, repair, operating and maintenance cost of existing and future facilities and common use transportation systems that are allocable or attributable to the car rental operations at the Airport.

Customer Facility Charge. Lessee shall collect a Customer Facility Charge (CFC) in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) for each Transaction Day for a maximum of fourteen (14) Transaction Days. The CFC shall be used for capital improvements including but not limited to major maintenance repairs of the Premises, other capital projects and consulting services relating to rental car operations and/or serving rental car customers. In the event that the Board raises or lowers the CFC during the Term, Xxxxxx agrees to collect the CFC at the new rate without need for any amendment or addendum to this Agreement. Lessor shall provide the Lessee with thirty (30) days written notice prior to any such CFC rate adjustment. Lessor and Xxxxxx shall meet periodically to discuss the uses of the CFC. Exhibit B sets forth rules and regulations regarding the collection of a CFC.

Each twenty-four hour period or fraction thereof within the rental period shall constitute a separate day for which the CFC shall be levied and collected.

Customer Facility Charge. In the event City requires collection of a Customer Facility Charge, Tenant shall collect such Customer Facility Charge from Tenant’s customers and remit such Customer Facility Charge to City in accordance with applicable law. City reserves the right to adjust the amount or basis (i.e., per contract or per day) of any such Customer Facility Charge at any time during the Term of the Lease.

Customer Facility Charge. Also, in addition to the fees and rentals specified in Subsection 4.1 through 4.4 above, CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay to the ENGLAND AUTHORITY additional amounts for Customer Facility Charges (hereinafter referred to as ”CFC”) which shall be payable within twenty (20) days following the end of each month that this CFC is charged in accordance with ENGLAND AUTHORITY Resolution.
Customer Facility Charge. A. Customer Facility Charge (CFC) means the amount charged by the Lessor and required to be collected by the Concessionaire from its customers for each Contract Day, for a maximum of fourteen (14) Contract Days, for each automobile rented under an Automobile Rental Contract entered into on the Airport, or other locations with car pickup occurring at the Airport, regardless of the ownership, area fleet, or location assignment of the vehicle, and without regard to the manner in which, or place at which, the vehicles are furnished to the customer, and without regard to whether the vehicles are returned to the Airport or some other location. The CFC is at all times the property of the Lessor and collected by the Concessionaire as an agent in trust for the Lessor and set forth herein.
