Customer Disputes. a) Where a Customer or potential Customer has a dispute with the Service Provider which the Customer or potential Customer has attempted to resolve with the Service Provider and the dispute has not been resolved after thirty (30) days of it being referred to the Service Provider, then either of the parties to the dispute may refer it to the Licensee for resolution
