Customer Applications. To the extent you use the Software to develop and deploy Customer Applications, you and your licensors retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to the Customer Applications. RStudio shall have no right to access or use your Customer Applications unless you separately grant RStudio a license or right to access and use your Customer Applications.

Customer grants Veracode a limited, non-exclusive right and license to (i) during the subscription term specified in an Order Form, use, access, reproduce, and store each Customer Application solely to the extent necessary to provide the Solution under this Agreement; (ii) during the subscription term specified in an Order Form, create, reproduce, store, make available and transfer Reports as specified in Section 3.3 of this Agreement; and (iii) during the term of this Agreement, use the results of the Assessments to create high level, generic, anonymous, statistical data relating to such Assessments (“Statistical Data”) that is aggregated with assessment results of other parties (the “Aggregated Data”) and, for a perpetual license term, use, reproduce, store, publish, license and transmit the Statistical Data included within the Aggregated Data in a format that does not reveal or allow to be inferred the identity of the Customer, the identity of any Third Party or a particular Application or link Customer or a Third Party to an Application (such as, for example, statistical data pertaining to an industry or application type). Veracode will not expose or attempt to derive the source code of any Customer Application. Except as expressly licensed herein, Customer and its Affiliates (and/or their licensors) shall retain all right, title and/or interest to the Customer Applications and Customer Data and all intellectual property rights therein, and except as expressly licensed herein, Veracode shall obtain no right or license thereto.

Customer may use the HelloSign APIs to develop applications and/or embedded signing experiences for use by Customer or Customer’s clients and their respective end users (collectively "Customer Applications"). Customer shall be solely responsible for the Customer Applications and shall ensure it has: (a) provided its customers, clients, and end users with the applicable terms (including privacy terms) that authorize HelloSign to provide the Services hereunder, and (b) the proper authority and/or authorization to share user or signer information (including personally identifiable information) with HelloSign. Customer Applications. The Customer shall bear sole responsibility for the acquisition of any license and/or others authorizations necessary for the use of the Applications within the scope of the Virtual Private Server. The use of the Virtual Private Server to host Internet websites and more generally the Virtual Server connection to the Internet are allowed providing that such websites comply with any applicable legal, statutory, administrative and contractual obligations in force. More generally the use of the Applications shall comply with the Agreement provision on third parties rights.
Customer Applications. 4.1 The terms contained in this section 4 apply only to Orders for Platform Services entitling Customers to develop and deploy Customer Applications onto the Platform Services. Any Customer Applications that run on the Platform Services are hereby excluded from the defined terms “Subscription Services” and “Platform Services”.
Customer Applications. The Customer is solely responsible for Customer Applications and that it has the capability to receive the Services. The Customer shall, upon request, grant access to and provide Elastisys with information about the Customer Applications to the extent relevant and required to set up, maintain and perform the Services. The Customer shall not interfere with or disrupt the security, stability, or performance of the Service. The Customer allows Elastisys to use the Customer's logo on Elastisys' website for marketing purposes, unless agreed otherwise.
