Common use of Customer Access Clause in Contracts

Customer Access. Customer’s access to and use of the Igloo Platform is on a subscription basis during the Term. Customer understands and agrees that the information technology systems required for the operation and availability of the Igloo Environment, including the System, external authentication software, mobile networks, and the Internet, whether or not supplied by Igloo, can be unpredictable and may from time to time interfere with or prevent access to the Igloo Platform.
