Common use of Custody of Receivable Files Clause in Contracts

Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Trustee, upon the execution and delivery of the Agreement, hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, for the benefit of the Trust and the Certificateholders, to act as the agent of the Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments which are hereby constructively delivered to the Trustee with respect to each Receivable:

To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Trustee, upon the execution and delivery Owner of the Agreement, each Receivable hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, for the benefit of the Trust and the Certificateholders, to act as the agent of the Trustee Owner of each Receivable as custodian to maintain custody of the following documents or instruments with respect to such Receivable (as to each Receivable, the “Receivable File”), which are will be hereby constructively delivered to the Trustee with respect to each ReceivableOwner of the related Receivable and the Indenture Trustee:

To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Trustee, upon the execution and delivery of the Agreement, hereby (based on the direction of the Seller and the Certificate Insurer) revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, for the benefit of the Trust and the Certificateholders, to act as the agent of the Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments which are hereby constructively delivered to the Trustee as of the Cutoff Date with respect to each Receivable:
