Custody of Loan Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the loans and to reduce administrative costs, the Cooperative hereby appoints CFC as servicing agent of the loans, and the CFC hereby accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Cooperative as custodian of the following documents or instruments (which are hereby constructively delivered to CFC) with respect to each loan:

  • Custody of Receivable Files To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuer hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments which are hereby constructively delivered to the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuer, as of the Closing Date with respect to each Receivable:

  • Custody of Mortgage Loan Documents The originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than the Non-Lead Securitization Note) (a) prior to the Lead Securitization will be held by the Initial Agent and (b) after the Lead Securitization, will be held by the Lead Securitization Note Holder (in the name of the Trustee and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor in accordance with the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement), in each case, on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
