Custodial Agreements. Borrower (a) shall promptly provide to Adviser true and correct copies of each Custodial Agreement, including any amendments, modifications, supplements or replacements thereof, and (b) shall cause Adviser to comply with all terms and conditions of the Control Agreement and any other Custodial Agreement.
