Curtailment Notice. Except in case of Emergency, in order not to interfere unreasonably with the other Party's operations, the curtailing, interrupting or reducing Party shall give the other Party reasonable prior notice of any curtailment, interruption or reduction, the reason for its occurrence, and its probable duration.

Curtailment Notice. Each Party shall provide as much notice as practicable to the other Party regarding the curtailment, restriction or reduction or refusal of the supply or acceptance, as applicable, of the Energy pursuant to Sections 3.4(1), 3.4(2) and 3.8.
