Common use of Curriculum Clause in Contracts

Curriculum. a. The ECHS shall administer the TSIA2 college placement exam to all prospective students no later than the fall of the 9th grade year, abiding by the rules set forth by the College Board. Students must attain TSIA2 scores aligned with the courses in their selected program of study to ensure appropriate college level placement, no later than the spring of the 10th grade year, to assess college readiness, design individual instructional plans, and enable students to begin college courses based on their performance.
