Curriculum Review Committee. The Board and the Association agree that the establishment of curriculum committees composed of members of the teaching and administrative staffs is both necessary and desirable. The Board agrees to continue to involve teachers in its curriculum review activities in the interest of continued quality education and that at least one meeting take place yearly.

Curriculum Review Committee. At the request of the superintendent, the faculty shall serve on committees to develop improved instructional programs. Recommendations on course and/or instructional materials should be directed to the superintendent for consideration by the Board.
Curriculum Review Committee. Requests for a curriculum study on programs already in place shall be submitted to the AEA Curriculum Committee. The committee shall collect and evaluate data from the teachers requesting the change and/or study. The committee shall then determine whether to submit the proposed change or study request to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, for formal consideration. In the event a request to study or change programs already in place is approved by the AEA Curriculum Committee, the chairman shall notify the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction of such approval. No more than two (2) studies shall be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction during any one
Curriculum Review Committee. The Curriculum Review Committee may review courses and curriculum introduced at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Additionally, the committee is responsible for the assignment of classes to Appendix 1 and the review of disputes over the designation of courses described in Article 13, Section 14. It will determine course equivalencies and which courses are separate and distinct for purposes of class batching, and it will determine if a course has been substantially changed for the purpose of determining qualification as defined in Article 12, Section 1 of the Agreement. The committee chair will present recommendations from this committee to the Executive Committees of both the union and the school. The committee will meet once a quarter and shall have the right to call a special meeting anytime during a quarter. The chair of the committee will alternate between management and faculty with the chair’s term to last two quarters.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Search Committee Where the search is to be both internal and external, when there are two or more candidates, or when the sole candidate does not receive majority endorsement of the eligible members of the Department, the Xxxx/University Librarian shall convene a search committee having the following membership:
