Curriculum and Standards. 6.6.1. In recognition of the Directorsobligation to the Secretary of State to provide a broad and balanced curriculum, the Directors shall be responsible for the setting and review of the curriculum but shall have regard to, but not be bound by, any views of the LGB. So long as the Academy is judged by OFSTED to be Good or Outstanding it is the intention of the Directors that they will not change the curriculum of the Academy without the prior agreement of the LGB.

  • Codes and Standards Under the various sections of the specifications, where reference is made to specific codes or standards governing the installation of specified items, installation shall in all cases be in strict accordance with the referenced codes and standards. Where no reference is made to specific codes or standards, installation shall conform to the generally recognized applicable standards for first-class installation of the specific item to be installed. Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 17 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses and permits 18 required by the laws of the United States, State of California, County of 19 Orange and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services 20 described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain these licenses and permits 21 in effect for the duration of this Agreement. Further, CONTRACTOR warrants 22 that its employees shall conduct themselves in compliance with such laws and 23 licensure requirements including, without limitation, compliance with laws 24 applicable to sexual harassment and ethical behavior.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS a. Distributor and each of its sub-distributors will comply with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, will not have its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, offer, promise or pay any bribes or other improper payments for the purposes of promoting and/or selling Products to any individual, corporation, government official or agency or other entity.   • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
