The personal information that the school collects includes ● Student and parent data: contact details of students and families, students and families' emergency contact details, student’s health status, immunization, and developmental records and plans, social/emotional health, custodial arrangements, incident records, medication records, prior student academic records related to admissions. ● Student academic performance: course assessment materials and results (tests, report cards, and transcripts). ICS shall ensure that all information collected is treated as private and confidential and not disclose information outside of the organization without prior knowledge or consent from the individual or legal representative.
