Common use of Current Workload and Available Resources Clause in Contracts

Current Workload and Available Resources. The Consultant covenants that its current workload and the workload of its Subconsultants will not affect the commencement and the progress of the work under this Agreement. The Consultant shall have all the necessary professional, technical and support personnel, including those of the Subcontractors, available, ready and mobilized to perform actual work within two weeks of the receipt of NTP on a particular task. In addition, the Consultant shall make good faith efforts to have all contracts signed with Subcontractors within three weeks of NTP. Consultant shall provide copies of said subcontracts to the SFMTA upon request.
