Common use of Current Model Clause in Contracts

Current Model. Products furnished under this contract shall be the manufacturer's current year model, standard industrial product, except for those modifications or changes required in the standard product in order to comply with the requirements of this specification. All accessories and components normally furnished with the standard product offered commercially shall be furnished with each unit.
