Reporting Model 1 FFI The term Reporting Model 1 FFI means a Financial Institution with respect to which a non-U.S. government or agency thereof agrees to obtain and exchange information pursuant to a Model 1 IGA, other than a Financial Institution treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution under the Model 1 IGA. For purposes of this definition, the term Model 1 IGA means an arrangement between the United States or the Treasury Department and a non-U.S. government or one or more agencies thereof to implement FATCA through reporting by Financial Institutions to such non-U.S. government or agency thereof, followed by automatic exchange of such reported information with the IRS.
Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.

Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).
Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. The UCL will be offered in two types – Designed and Non-Designed.
