Current Funds. Purchasers have, and will have at Closing, readily available the current funds required to purchase the Debentures. The Company acknowledges and agrees that each of the Purchasers makes no representation or warranty with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby other than those specifically set forth in Section 3.2 herein.
