Current Bargaining Unit Members. 963 Seniority = hire date into the District 964 The selection criteria shall be training, skills, and previous 965 experience. If training skills and previous experience are equal, 966 seniority will be the determining factor. 967 Current bargaining unit members shall be considered before 968 outside applicants are considered.
