Common use of Currency Exchange Clause in Contracts

Currency Exchange. The Company’s then current standard exchange rate methodology will be employed for the translation of foreign currency sales into Dollars, provided such methodology is used by the Company in the translation of its foreign currency operating results, is consistent with GAAP, and is audited by the Company’s independent certified public accountants in connection with the audit of the consolidated financial statements of Company, and is used for the Company’s external reporting of foreign currency operating results.

Currency Exchange. The CompanyPurchaser’s then current standard exchange rate methodology will be employed for the translation of foreign currency sales into Dollarsdollars, provided that such methodology is used by the Company Purchaser in the translation of its foreign currency operating results, is consistent with GAAP, and is audited by the CompanyPurchaser’s independent certified public accountants in connection with the audit of the consolidated financial statements of CompanyPurchaser, and is used for the CompanyPurchaser’s external reporting of foreign currency operating results.

The CompanyBuyer’s then current standard exchange rate methodology will be employed for the translation of foreign currency sales into Dollarsdollars, provided that such methodology is used by the Company Buyer in the translation of its foreign currency operating results, is consistent with GAAP, and is audited by the CompanyBuyer’s independent certified public accountants in connection with the audit of the consolidated financial statements of CompanyBuyer, and is used for the CompanyBuyer’s external reporting of foreign currency operating results.

The CompanyPurchaser’s then current standard exchange rate methodology will be employed for the translation of foreign currency sales into United States Dollars, provided that such methodology is used by the Company Purchaser in the translation of its foreign currency operating results, is consistent with GAAP, and is audited by the CompanyPurchaser’s independent certified public accountants in connection with the audit of the consolidated financial statements of CompanyPurchaser, and is used for the CompanyPurchaser’s external reporting of foreign currency operating results.
