Common use of Currency Equivalent Clause in Contracts

Currency Equivalent. Except as provided in Section 116, for purposes of the construction of the terms of this Indenture or of the Securities, in the event that any amount is stated herein in the currency of one nation (the "First Currency"), as of any date such amount shall also be deemed to represent the amount in the currency of any other relevant nation (the "Other Currency") which is required to purchase such amount in the First Currency at the rate of exchange quoted by The Toronto-Dominion Bank at its central foreign exchange desk in its head office in Toronto at 12:00 noon (Toronto, Ontario time) on the date of determination.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 116this Indenture, for purposes of the construction of the terms of this Indenture Indenture, the Guarantee or of the SecuritiesNotes, in the event that any amount is stated herein in the currency of one nation (the "First Currency"), as of any date such amount shall also be deemed to represent the amount in the currency of any other relevant nation (the "Other Currency") which is required to purchase such amount in the First Currency at the rate of exchange quoted by The Toronto-Dominion the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce at its central foreign exchange desk in its head main office in Toronto at 12:00 noon (Toronto, Ontario Toronto time) on the date of determination.

Currency Equivalent. Except as provided in Section 116, 12.15 for purposes of the construction of the terms of this Indenture or of the Securities, in the event that any amount is stated herein in the currency of one nation (the "“First Currency"”), as of any date such amount shall also be deemed to represent the amount in the currency of any other relevant nation (the "“Other Currency"”) which is required to purchase such amount in the First Currency at the rate of exchange quoted by The Toronto-Toronto Dominion Bank at its central foreign exchange desk in its head office in Toronto at 12:00 noon (Toronto, Ontario time) on the date of determination.

Except as provided in Section 11612.13, for purposes of the construction of the terms of this Indenture or of the SecuritiesNotes, in the event that any amount is stated herein in the currency of one nation (the "First CurrencyFIRST CURRENCY"), as of any date such amount shall also be deemed to represent the amount in the currency of any other relevant nation (the "Other Currency") 81 which is required to purchase such amount in the First Currency at the rate of exchange quoted by The Toronto-Dominion Royal Bank of Canada at its central foreign exchange desk in its head office in Toronto at 12:00 noon (Toronto, Ontario time) on the date of determination.
