Curbside Service. Customers that receive curbside service shall place carts at curbside by 6:00 a.m. on the designated pickup day. It shall be unlawful to place any waste at curbside except in an approved cart, or except as otherwise provided for herein.

Curbside Service. Garbage, Trash, certain Brush and bulk material, and Recyclable Materials to be picked up by CONTRACTOR, which will be located at the curbside of the street bearing the customer's address.
Curbside Service. Curbside Service shall be defined as the collection, transport, recycling, and disposal of Solid Waste from residential customers who are eligible to place such waste for collection at the curb in carts or cans (and shall specifically exclude commercial or industrial service or multi-family service which is not collected curbside or is collected in bins, roll-offs or other commercial containers).
Curbside Service. 18. In order to provide equivalent service to it customers at Detroit Airport with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs, Avis currently provides curbside pick-up and drop-off services using regular Avis fleet vehicles. Avis hereby agrees to transport such customers to and from its rental car service center in either (i) a van equipped with a wheelchair lift, or (ii) an accessible shuttle vehicle from its Detroit fleet. Any vehicle used to comply with the requirements of this paragraph shall meet the Accessibility Specifications for Transportation Vehicles set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 38, Subpart B. The service provided pursuant to this paragraph must meet the equivalent service standard set forth in 49 C.F.R. § 37.105. Avis may meet the equivalency requirement by means such as sharing or pooling accessible vehicles among entities with similar obligations, or by contracting with third-party transportation service providers, as long as Avis ensures the provision of equivalent service.
Curbside Service. Curbside collection and disposal of Refuse, Landscape Waste, Electronic Waste and Recyclable Materials at Residential Dwelling Units in accordance with the Village's solid waste program. Acceptable materials will be collected only at the curb, unless collection from Back Door or other location is pre- arranged between the Contractor and the resident.
Curbside Service. Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Green Waste for pickup shall be placed on the Curbside. In the event an appropriate location cannot be agreed upon, the City Representative shall designate the location. All Solid Waste shall be placed in Cart(s). Provided, however, Green Waste may be bundled for pickup if securely tied and the materials do not exceed four feet in length, until such time that Automated Residential Green Waste service is implemented.
Curbside Service.  You must have your trash set curbside by 6:00 AM on the morning of your scheduled collection day. All trash must be bagged and in the cart.  Only materials generated by you, the resident, will be collected. Materials generated by contractors, such as construction and demolition debris (dry wall, shingles, lumber, bathroom fixtures, etc.) must be disposed of by you or your contractor as these materials will not be acceptable under this collection program.  Do not place the following materials curbside: Fluids of any kind, batteries, engine parts, pesticides, herbicides or insecticides, fluorescent bulbs, tires and other hazardous waste.   • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
