CUPE Representation. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of the representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisers when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representatives shall have access to the Employer’s premise in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement.
CUPE Representation. The Union Xxxxxxx or Representative of CUPE Local Union 2484, may engage the assistance of a national representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or legal counsel to CUPE Local 2484 or the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing with the Daycare (or its legal counsel) in matters concerning the administration, implementation of this Collective Agreement or the negotiation of a renewal of this Collective Agreement.
