Cumulative Effect. The rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall be cumulative to and not exclusive of the rights and obligations of the parties contained in the Separation Agreement; provided that the remedies provided in this Agreement shall not be cumulative with any duplicative remedies available pursuant to the Separation Agreement.

Cumulative Effect. The liquidated damages specified in each separate paragraph within this Article are independent of each other and payment of one shall not be exclusive of the payment of another.
