Culturally Responsive Services a. The County will continue its ongoing efforts to ensure that all services provided under this Agreement are culturally responsive and are person-centered. The County will continue to provide and expand culturally responsive behavioral health services, including through community-based and peer-run organizations, and will continue to identify and implement culturally and linguistically appropriate and affirming strategies and practices to help reduce behavioral health disparities across racial, ethnic, cultural, and linguistic groups.

Culturally Responsive Services. Every child, young person and family has the right to be understood respectfully within their cultural context. This may require service providers to adjust approaches and practice to meet the family’s needs. However, providers must remain focused on the safety and wellbeing of all children or young people. When creating culturally responsive services it is important to include consideration of the Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Child Placement Principles (ATSICPP). The ATSICPP has five core elements – prevention, partnership, placement, participation, and connection. The principles work across the continuum of the child protection system to protect and realise the rights of Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander children, families, and communities and were developed to ensure better outcomes for Aboriginal children, young people and families and the communities they are part of. • This role focuses on young people aged 4-11 years of age, but may include referral of all ages • Be a part of a team providing a professional and collaborative child centred and family focused early intervention service to children, young people and families to prevent issues escalating further which might put them at risk of entering the child protection system, • Maintain a caseload of up to 10 families and conduct weekly home visits with all your clients • Ensure client files are maintained accurately, up to date, and comply with Xxxxxx’x procedures and policiesAs directed by your Manager, other activities to support the delivery of the Xxxxxx Family Preservation Business Plan and Xxxxxx Mission Strategic Plan • Comply with Xxxxxx Mission’s Code of Conduct and Family Preservation’s “Vision, Values & Behaviours” statement. 4 Relationships Reports to: Team Leader.

  • Spill Responsibility PURCHASER will be held responsible for any and all releases of environmental pollution during performance of the contract which occur as a result of, or are contributed by, actions of its agent, personnel, or subcontractors. PURCHASER agrees to promptly dispose of such spills or leaks to satisfaction of the STATE and proper regulatory agencies in a manner that complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
