Cultural Resource Assessment. Through a sub-consultant, Xxxxxx-Xxxx will conduct a Phase I cultural resource assessment of the Island Walk North Plaza North parcel. This assessment will be implemented to meet the guidelines for an archaeological and historical survey as required by reviewing agencies and modular 3 guidelines. A scope of work is provided below.
Cultural Resource Assessment. Consultant will perform a cultural resource assessment of the project area, to include archival research, acquisition of State Archaeology Permits, pedestrian and subsurface archaeological survey, inventory of historic-period architectural resources, technical report preparation, and curation of archaeological artifacts collected from public lands, should they be encountered. More specific tasks are detailed as follows:

Cultural Resource Assessment. Utilize the wetland delineation information and project plans to address and calculate project impacts. The ecological assessments will be prepared and included to identify the functional values of the existing features. Once the permit application is completed, forward an electronic copy of the application for review and comment. Following incorporation of comments, submit the completed application to the USACE Galveston District for review. Upon determination that impacts to jurisdictional areas are unavoidable and will require mitigation, begin seeking out appropriate mitigation options.

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.

It includes an ongoing process of using the knowledge and expertise of the member and caregivers to collect information about:

  • Cultural Heritage 1. The IVG shall monitor and verify the preservation of cultural heritage in the Old City in accordance with the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List rules. For this purpose, the IVG shall have free and unimpeded access to sites, documents, and information related to the performance of this function.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment If, pursuant to Data Protection Law, Customer (or its Controllers) are required to perform a data protection impact assessment or prior consultation with a regulator, at Customer’s request, SAP will provide such documents as are generally available for the Cloud Service (for example, this DPA, the Agreement, audit reports or certifications). Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes.
