Common use of Cultural Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural Leave. 338. The Secretary may grant up to 3 days of paid leave per calendar year for the purpose of attending significant religious or cultural obligations associated with the Employee's particular faith or culture.

Cultural Leave. 338209. The Secretary Director may grant up to 3 days of paid leave per calendar year for the purpose of attending significant religious or cultural obligations associated with the Employee's employees’ particular faith or culture.
