Common use of Cultural and Ceremonial Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural and Ceremonial Leave. The parties to this Agreement recognise and value the cultural diversity of Employees and therefore shall provide the opportunity for Employees who are required to observe days of cultural, ceremonial and/or religious significance. Where attendance requires time away from work, Employees may utilise accrued leave to which they may be entitled.
