Cryptocurrency Transactions. Once a cryptocurrency transfer is submitted to a cryptocurrency network, the transaction will be unconfirmed and remain in a pending state for a period of time sufficient to confirmation of the transaction by the cryptocurrency network. A cryptocurrency transfer is not complete while it is in a pending state. Pending cryptocurrency transfers that are initiated from a XXX.XX Account may reflect a pending transaction status and may not be available to you for use on the XXX.XX platform or otherwise while the transaction is pending. When you or a third party sends cryptocurrency to a XXX.XX Account from an external wallet or account not hosted on XXX.XX, the person initiating the transaction is solely responsible for executing the transaction properly, which may include, among other things, payment of sufficient network or miner’s fees in order for the transaction to be successful. Insufficient network fees may cause a transfer to remain in a pending state outside of XXX.XX’s control and we are not responsible for delays or loss incurred as a result of an error in the initiation of the transaction and have no obligation to assist in the remediation of such transactions. By initiating an transfer to XXX.XX, you attest that you are transacting in a cryptocurrency that is identified as trading on the XXX.XX Website which conforms to the particular XXX.XX wallet into which funds are directed. XXX.XX incurs no obligation whatsoever with regard to unsupported digital currency sent to a XXX.XX Account or supported cryptocurrency sent to an incompatible cryptocurrency wallet address. Erroneously transmitted funds will be lost. We recommend customers send a small amount of cryptocurrency as a test prior to initiating a send of a significant amount of supported cryptocurrency. When you send cryptocurrency from your XXX.XX Account to an external address, such transfers are executed at your instruction by XXX.XX. You should verify all transaction information prior to submitting instructions to us. XXX.XX shall bear no liability or responsibility in the event you enter an incorrect blockchain destination address. We do not guarantee the identity or value received by a recipient of a transfer initiated by you. Cryptocurrency Transactions. 9.1 Order Placement Orders are placed on the Platform through the Platform using your Login Credentials. You understand that all Orders to purchase or sell cryptocurrency will be executed in reliance on your promise that an actual purchase or sale is intended. Zero Hash does not offer leverage in your Account. Zero Hash does not accept a leveraged purchase or sell transaction and will not settle any leveraged transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not place a leveraged or margin Order through the Platform. You further understand and acknowledge that you are not permitted to place an Order to purchase cryptocurrency unless you have enough non-margined funds available in your Business Account to cover the purchase plus any network and/or associated blockchain fees, and that you are not permitted to place an Order to sell cryptocurrency unless you have enough cryptocurrency available in your Account. You acknowledge and agree that when you send digital assets from your CoinFLEX US Account it is your responsibility to ensure that the transaction information, including but not limited to, amount, destination address, and network fees are accurate. CoinFLEX US bears no responsibility for any failed transfers from your Account resulting from inaccurate information provided by you. CoinFLEX US reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transactions as required by law or by any other court, regulator, or governing body to which CoinFLEX US is subject. If CoinFLEX US elects to offer recurring transaction availability, and you initiate recurring transactions, you authorize us to initiate recurring electronic payments in accordance with your selected cryptocurrency or payments, such as recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debit or credit entries from or to your linked bank account. Your recurring transactions will occur in identical, periodic installments, based on your period selection (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly), until either you or CoinFLEX US cancels the recurring order.   • Foreign Currency Transactions If the Depositor provides instructions to the Financial Institution on an Account that is denominated in a currency other than the currency of the Account, a conversion of currency may be required. In all such Transactions and at any time a conversion of currency is made, the Financial Institution may act as principal with the Depositor in converting the currency at rates established or determined by the Financial Institution, affiliated parties, or parties with whom the Financial Institution contracts. The Financial Institution, its affiliates, and contractors may earn revenue and commissions, in addition to applicable service charges, based on the difference between the applicable bid and ask rates for the currency and the rate at which the rate is offset in the market.

  • Foreign Transactions; Currency Conversion Purchases and cash advances made in foreign currencies will be billed to you in U.S. dollars. The conversion rate in dollars will be a rate selected by the card company from a range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate the card company itself receives, or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date in each instance. All transactions processed outside of the United States (which may include internet transactions) will be charged a foreign transaction fee in the amount disclosed on your Truth-in-Lending Statement (as amended from time to time).

  • Foreign Transactions Visa. Purchases and cash withdrawals made in foreign currencies will be debited from your account in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is a rate selected by Visa from a range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. The exchange rate used on the processing date may differ from the rate that would have been used on the purchase date or cardholder statement posting date. A fee of 1.00% of the amount of the transaction, calculated in U.S. dollars, will be imposed on all foreign transactions, including purchases, cash withdrawals and credits to your account. A foreign transaction is any transaction that you complete or a merchant completes on your card outside of the United States, with the exception of U.S. military bases, U.S. territories, U.S. embassies or U.S. consulates.

  • Transactions Made in Foreign Currencies If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, we and MasterCard International or VISA International, depending on which card is used, will convert the transaction into a U.S. dollar amount. MasterCard and VISA will act in accordance with their operating regulations or conversion procedures in effect at the time the transaction is processed. Currently, their regulations and procedures provide that the currency conversion rate they use, to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollar, is either (a) a wholesale market rate, or (b) a government-mandated rate in effect one day prior to the processing date. MasterCard and VISA increase this conversion rate by one percent (1%) and keep this increase as compensation for performing the currency conversion service. We will charge you two percent (2%) of the U.S. dollar amount of the transaction converted from a foreign currency. The currency conversion rate calculated in this manner that is in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. Other Charges. You agree we may assess, in addition to the Interest Charge, the Other Charges below which charges will be earned when assessed and are not subject to refund or rebate. The following fees may be added, as applicable, to the Account and treated as a Purchase as indicated on the Insert:

  • Transactions in Foreign Currencies and Transactions Processed Outside Singapore a. Foreign currency transactions

  • Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. This is called a “split transaction.” Some merchants do not permit split transactions. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. If you fail to inform the merchant you would like to complete a split transaction and you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account to cover the entire purchase amount, your Card is likely to be declined.

  • Related Party Transactions There are no business relationships or related party transactions involving the Company or any other person required to be described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus that have not been described as required.

  • Non-Arm’s Length Transactions Except as disclosed in the Prospectus and to the Agent, the Corporation does not owe any amount to, nor has the Corporation made any present loans to, or borrowed any amount from or is otherwise indebted to, any officer, director, employee or securityholder of any of them or any person not dealing at “arm's length” (as such term is defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada)) with any of them except for usual employee reimbursements and compensation paid or other advances of funds in the ordinary and normal course of the business of the Corporation. Except usual employee or consulting arrangements made in the ordinary and normal course of business, neither the Corporation is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any officer, director, employee or securityholder of any of them or any other person not dealing at arm's length with the Corporation. No officer, director or employee of the Corporation and no person which is an affiliate or associate of any of the foregoing persons, owns, directly or indirectly, any interest (except for shares representing less than 5% of the outstanding shares of any class or series of any publicly traded company) in, or is an officer, director, employee or consultant of, any person which is, or is engaged in, a business competitive with the business of the Corporation which could have a material adverse effect on the ability to properly perform the services to be performed by such person for the Corporation. Except as described in the Prospectus, no officer, director, employee or securityholder of the Corporation has any cause of action or other claim whatsoever against, or owes any amount to, the Corporation except for claims in the ordinary and normal course of the business of the Corporation such as for accrued vacation pay or other amounts or matters which would not be material to the Corporation.

  • Currency Translation Rule For purposes of determining the balance or value of accounts denominated in a currency other than the U.S. dollar, a Reporting Financial Institution must convert the dollar threshold amounts described in this Annex I into such currency using a published spot rate determined as of the last day of the calendar year preceding the year in which the Reporting Financial Institution is determining the balance or value.
