Crushed Stone. 1. Crushed stone may be used for pipe bedding, manhole bases, as a drainage layer below structures with underdrains and at other locations indicated on the Drawings.

Crushed Stone. Crushed stone for bedding material and for backfill material up to level 1’0” above top of pipe shall be crushed stone meeting Alabama Department of Transportation Gradation #8910. Crushed stone, where specified to be used under the bedding layer or in sections of the trench depth above level 1’0” above top of the pipe, shall be crushed stone meeting Alabama Department of Transportation Gradation #8910. Crushed stone bedding under slabs, footings, manholes, or other locations shown on the Drawings or called for in these Specifications shall be crushed stone meeting Alabama Department of Transportation Gradation #8910.
Crushed Stone. Crushed stone shall be utilized for trench foundation (trench stabilization) and shall meet the requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation Specification 800.01, Group I (limestone, marble, or dolomite) or Group II (quartzite, granite, or gneiss). Stone size shall be between No. 57 and No. 4, inclusive.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason:

  • Copper Subloops Sprint will make available access to copper subloops on an unbundled basis. A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.

  • Sub-Loop In locations where SBC-AMERITECH has deployed: (1) Digital Loop Carrier systems and an uninterrupted copper loop is replaced with a fiber segment or shared copper in the distribution section of the loop; (2) Digital Added Main Line (“DAML”) technology to derive multiple voice-grade POTS circuits from a single copper pair; or (3) entirely fiber optic facilities to the end user, SBC-AMERITECH will make the following options available to CLEC:

  • Harvest Share Use Section 7.2 is administrative except to the extent that it applies to the 17 Sector managers ability to impose and utilize legal means to recover Liquated damages as 18 authorized in section §10.10 of this agreement, in which case NMFS enforcement procedures 19 may apply.

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:

If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Use of Training Units and Consulting Units Training Units and Consulting Units: (a) are non-refundable, (b) are non-transferable, (c) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, (d) must be used as whole credits, (e) cannot be combined with any other discount, special offer or coupon and (f) can be redeemed only in the same geographic region and currency as purchased. United States Government end users (or resellers acting on behalf of the United States Government) may not purchase Training Units or Consulting Units.
