Crossing Picket Lines. (a) It shall be no violation of this Agreement for any employee to refuse to cross a picket line recognized by the Union. Any employee thus failing to report for duty shall be considered to be on leave of absence without pay and shall not be subject to any disciplinary action, discharge, termination or any other penalty or prejudice.
