Cross-Referrals. (a) Referrals Relating to the Products. Axcelis will refer to the Licensee all customers inquiring as to Product service and sale inquiries.
Cross-Referrals. Picasso agrees for a two year period commencing at the Effective Time, if reasonably appropriate under the circumstances, to use its commercially reasonable efforts to promote the products and services of Lion and the Company (to the extent such products and services are not offered by Picasso), and to refer prospective or potential clients of Picasso seeking to use media services as such services may be provided from time to time by Lion or the Company, in exchange for Lion or the Company making the referrals to Picasso contemplated by Section 8.12 hereof.
Cross-Referrals. Each of Lion and the Company (post-Closing) agrees for a two year period commencing at the Effective Time, if reasonably appropriate under the circumstances, to use its commercially reasonable efforts to refer to Picasso prospective or potential clients of Lion or the Company seeking products and services offered by Picasso from time to time (to the extent such products and services are not offered by Lion or the Company), in exchange for Picasso's making the referrals to Lion and the Company contemplated by Section 7.8 hereof.
Cross-Referrals. (a) Purchaser agrees to direct to Seller any inquiries received by Purchaser within two years after the date hereof regarding web site development services. In addition, Purchaser will provide Seller with the opportunity to bid for the enhancement of Purchaser's web site, provided that Purchaser retains the right in its sole discretion to select any party (or no party) to perform such services.
Cross-Referrals. For a period of two years following the date hereof, each party shall direct to the other party any inquiries it receives concerning the business conducted by such other party.
