Critical Technologies. To the extent that any of the Loan Parties’ products or services become categorized as a Critical Technology other than any items eligible for license exception ENC of the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Part 740.17), the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of such categorization.
