Critical Dates. Time is of the essence with respect to the performance of all of the City’s Critical Date Obligations (as defined in Section 8.8 below). The City shall use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy each Critical Date Obligation under this Agreement by the applicable Critical Date therefor. Critical Dates.
