CRIMINAL OFFENCES. 7.4 You and anyone living in your home, or visiting you, (including children) must not commit an arrestable criminal offence; threaten to commit an arrestable criminal offence; or keep unlicensed firearms or any offensive weapon in your home. If you or anyone in your household or any visitor is convicted of a criminal act committed in your home, on the estate or in the locality, we will take legal action to end your tenancy and gain possession of your home.
