Criminal History Disclosure. MSG will revise its Criminal History Disclosure as set forth in the Consumer Reporting Agency’s portal consistent with Exhibit 5. MSG will further revise its Criminal History Disclosure as set forth in the Consumer Reporting Agency’s portal to state that applicants can provide evidence of rehabilitation to MSG and will provide an e-mail address for applicants to do so. MSG will further revise its Criminal History Disclosure as set forth in the Consumer Reporting Agency’s portal to state in bold type that an applicant’s failure to fully and accurately disclose his or her criminal conviction history may result in MSG denying the applicant’s employment.

  • Criminal History Applicants who have criminal convictions may be denied. Any crimes associated with drugs, violence, sex, property damage, and/or weapons may be grounds for automatic disqualification. Eligibility is dependent upon the level, disposition, and time since the crime occurred. Open cases for similar crimes may be grounds for denial. Credit. A credit check will be performed, and the following may be grounds for denial: past due or dishonored debt, the absence of a credit history, unpaid housing accounts, unpaid utility accounts.

  • Background and/or Criminal History Investigation Prior to commencement of any services, background and/or criminal history investigation of the Vendor’s employees and subcontractors who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract may be performed by the Customer. Should any employee or subcontractor of the Vendor who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract not be acceptable to the Customer as a result of the background and/or criminal history check, then Customer may immediately terminate its Purchase Order and related Service Agreement or request replacement of the employee or subcontractor in question.

  • Mandatory Disclosures In accordance with 2 CFR Part II, §200.113, Party must disclose, in a timely manner, in writing to the State, all violations of Federal criminal law involving fraud, bribery, or gratuity violations potentially affecting the Federal award.   • Data Disclosure Under Minnesota Statute § 270C.65, Subdivision 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and/or Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

  • Slavery Era Disclosure Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12Y, San Francisco Slavery Era Disclosure Ordinance, including but not limited to Contractor’s affirmative duty to research and disclose evidence of Contractor, its parent or subsidiary entity, or its Predecessor Company’s Participation in the Slave Trade or receipt of Profits from the Slave Trade.   • Confidentiality and Safeguarding of University Records; Press Releases; Public Information Under this Agreement, Contractor may (1) create, (2) receive from or on behalf of University, or (3) have access to, records or record systems (collectively, University Records). Among other things, University Records may contain social security numbers, credit card numbers, or data protected or made confidential or sensitive by Applicable Laws. At the request of University, Contractor agrees to provide University with a written summary of the procedures Contractor uses to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of University Records.
