Common use of Criminal Background Checks Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Checks. 15.1 The Contractor shall, upon request, provide DCH with a resume or satisfactory criminal background check or both of any Members of its staff or a Subcontractor’s staff assigned to or proposed to be assigned to any aspect of the performance of this Contract.
