Common use of Crib Time Clause in Contracts

Crib Time. A rest pause of ten minutes each morning and afternoon shall be granted to all employees. Such rest pause to be counted as time worked and taken at a time fixed by the employer provided that the rest pause shall not be granted within one hour of normal commencement or cessation of work or within one hour either side of a meal break.
