Crib Breaks. Not more than 30 minutes nor less than 20 minutes shall be allowed to Teachers each day for a midday crib break. Such crib break shall be counted as time worked and will not be in addition to the meal break.
Crib Breaks. Where an employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, an employee shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 20 minutes duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work the employee shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes duration. In the event of an employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking a the crib time of 20 minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, the employee shall be regarded as having worked 20 minutes more than the time worked and paid accordingly.
Crib Breaks. 23.1 All employees shall be given a crib break of twenty minutes for the purpose of having a meal, not more than 5 hours after commencement of their shift.
Crib Breaks. 20.5.1 An employee working overtime on the instruction of the Company, shall be allowed a crib time of twenty minutes without deduction of pay after each four and one half consecutive hours of overtime worked if the employee continues to work after such crib time.
Crib Breaks. Employees who are required to continue work after their usual ceasing time, shall be entitled to a paid "crib" break on the following basis:
Crib Breaks. A shift worker shall be allowed a twenty minute paid crib break to be taken during the shift at a time coordinated by the Team Leader. The crib-break will be taken at a time that will not interfere with the continuity of work.
Crib Breaks. 18.3.1 Where an FTM is required to work more than two hours overtime (for flat rate FTMs overtime is outside their rostered hours) after their rostered ceasing time for ordinary hours, Monday to Sunday, the FTM will be entitled to an unpaid crib break of 30 minutes prior to the overtime commencing. A base rate FTM who is required to work through their crib break will be paid 30 minutes at the overtime rate of time and a half in lieu of the crib break. Where a flat rate FTM is required to work through a crib break their ordinary flat rate of pay shall apply.
Crib Breaks. (a) Employees engaged for a minimum of five hours shall be allowed a crib period of 20 minutes without deduction of pay.
Crib Breaks. Unless the period of overtime is less than one hour, an employee before starting overtime after working ordinary hours shall be allowed a crib break of twenty minutes, counted as time worked. An employee working overtime Saturday, Sunday or week day; shall be allowed a crib break of twenty minutes without loss of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue to work beyond such crib time. The Company and employees may agree to any variation of the crib time provision to meet the circumstances of the work providing that the employer shall not be required to make any payment in excess of the time allowed and at the appropriate rate in accordance with this clause.
Crib Breaks shift workers Unless otherwise agreed between the employer and the employee or the majority of the employees concerned a shift work employee shall be entitled to one 10 minute crib break in the first half of each shift worked and one 10 minute crib break in the second half of each shift worked, taken at a time agreed between the employer and an employee. These crib breaks shall count as part of a shift employee’s ordinary hours of work and are in lieu of any other meal breaks, smokos or lappos as prescribed by clause 27 of this Agreement.
