CREW LIST. (1) On ships travelling in international waters, the master shall be obliged to draw up and carry along a crew list which reflects the complete status of the composition of the crew at all times, stating the crew members’ forenames and surnames, dates and places of birth, nationalities, identity card numbers and functions on board or capacities. The crew list must correspond to the sample published by the Occupational Accident Insurance Fund in the Transport Gazette or Federal Gazette.

CREW LIST. Owner must provide an accurate and current crew list within 24 hours of contract award and, additionally, no later than 96 hours prior to delivery of the vessel(s) at the designated load or delivery port (or first designated load port in the case of multiple load ports), time permitting. Further, at any time during the contract period a list of any reliefs scheduled to board the vessel(s) is required 96 hours prior to the personnel change. The crew list shall include full name (including middle name or the letters “NM” if no middle name), date of birth, place of birth (city and country), passport number and country of issue, and nationality of all crewmembers and other personnel onboard the vessel(s). Similar data for security personnel, military personnel, industrial-assistance personnel, service representatives, and all others who will be granted unrestricted access to the ship must also be submitted to MSC not less than forty-eight hours prior to their visit/embarkation. Upon award, Charterer will provide a template in which the crew list must be submitted. The template must be filled out in its entirety by Owners and resubmitted electronically in Microsoft Excel format to the Charterer. Scanned lists are unacceptable.

  • DTC DIRECT REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND PROFILE MODIFICATION SYSTEM (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.4 of the Deposit Agreement, the parties acknowledge that DTC’s Direct Registration System (“DRS”) and Profile Modification System (“Profile”) apply to the American Depositary Shares upon acceptance thereof to DRS by DTC. DRS is the system administered by DTC that facilitates interchange between registered holding of uncertificated securities and holding of security entitlements in those securities through DTC and a DTC participant. Profile is a required feature of DRS that allows a DTC participant, claiming to act on behalf of an Owner of American Depositary Shares, to direct the Depositary to register a transfer of those American Depositary Shares to DTC or its nominee and to deliver those American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of that DTC participant without receipt by the Depositary of prior authorization from the Owner to register that transfer.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent.
