Common use of Credits Clause in Contracts

Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and a quarter (1 days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten days. Subject to (1) and (2) below, and to the remainder of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day of designated holidays) shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits.
