Crediting of Hours. 1. Jury duty time, vacation, funeral absence, schedule change, holiday worked, Reporting for Work (Section 12[A-1]), and sixth (6th) consecutive day worked, which are compensated for under other appropriate provisions of this Contract shall be credited as hours worked in computing overtime and in determining days worked for sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day application, except that, to avoid duplication, there shall be credited only eight (8) hours for any one calendar day. There shall be credited eight (8) hours for an eight (8) hour shift, ten (10) hours for a ten (10) hour shift, and 12 hours for a 12-hour shift.

  • Scheduling of Hours (1) Starting and finishing times scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.

  • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category.   • Designation of Holidays 1.   • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Conversion of Hours where an employee is granted vacation pursuant to this article, and where the regularly scheduled workday is greater than seven hours per day, the annual vacation entitlement shall be converted to hours on the basis of a seven-hour day and deducted accordingly.
