Crediting of Dividends. Whenever Shares are issued to a Participant pursuant to Section 9(c) above, such Participant shall also be entitled to receive, with respect to each Share issued, a cash amount equal to any cash dividends (plus simple interest at a rate of five percent per annum, or such other reasonable rate as the Committee may determine), and a number of Shares equal to any stock dividends which were declared and paid to the holders of Shares between the Grant Date and the date such Share is issued.

Crediting of Dividends. 142 (1) Subject to the rights of persons, if any, entitled to shares with special rights as to dividend, all dividends shall be declared and paid according to the amounts paid or credited as paid on the shares in respect whereof the dividend is paid, but no amount paid or credited as paid on a share in advance of calls shall be treated for the purpose of this Article as paid on the share.
Crediting of Dividends. Dividends on all accounts that earn them are paid from current income and available earnings, after required transfers to reserves at the end of a dividend period. Dividends will begin to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (for example, checks) to your account. Dividends are not available to you until they have been credited to your account. Dividends that are credited to your account will be added directly into your account. If you close your account before dividends are paid, you will not receive the accrued dividends.
Crediting of Dividends. If on any date the Company pays a cash dividend on common shares of the Company (the “Shares”), you will receive dividend equivalents on your Units credited in the form of additional Units. The number and terms of the Units shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. In the case of a dividend payable in property other than Shares or cash, the per Share value of such dividend shall be the same as applied to all other shareholders of the Company as is determined in good faith by the Board.   • Cash Dividends or Distributions If any cash dividend or distribution is made to all or substantially all holders of Common Stock, then the Conversion Rate will be increased based on the following formula: where: CR0 = the Conversion Rate in effect immediately before the Open of Business on the Ex-Dividend Date for such dividend or distribution; CR1 = the Conversion Rate in effect immediately after the Open of Business on such Ex-Dividend Date; SP = the Last Reported Sale Price per share of Common Stock on the Trading Day immediately before such Ex-Dividend Date; and D = the cash amount distributed per share of Common Stock in such dividend or distribution; provided, however, that if D is equal to or greater than SP, then, in lieu of the foregoing adjustment to the Conversion Rate, each Holder will receive, for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes held by such Holder on the record date for such dividend or distribution, at the same time and on the same terms as holders of Common Stock, and without having to convert its Notes, the amount of cash that such Holder would have received if such Holder had owned, on such record date, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Conversion Rate in effect on such record date.   • Stock Dividends If the Company at any time shall pay a dividend payable in, or make any other distribution (except any distribution specifically provided for in the foregoing subsections (a) or (b)) of the Company's stock, then the Exercise Price shall be adjusted, from and after the record date of such dividend or distribution, to that price determined by multiplying the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such record date by a fraction (i) the numerator of which shall be the total number of all shares of the Company's stock outstanding immediately prior to such dividend or distribution, and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the total number of all shares of the Company's stock outstanding immediately after such dividend or distribution.   • Stock Dividends, Distributions, Etc If, while this Pledge Agreement is in effect, Pledgor becomes entitled to receive or receives any securities or other property in addition to, in substitution of, or in exchange for any of the Pledged Shares (whether as a distribution in connection with any recapitalization, reorganization or reclassification, a stock dividend or otherwise), Pledgor shall accept such securities or other property on behalf of and for the benefit of the Company as additional security for Pledgor's obligations under the Note and shall promptly deliver such additional security to the Company together with duly executed forms of assignment, and such additional security shall be deemed to be part of the Pledged Shares hereunder.

  • Payment of Dividend Equivalents With respect to each of the RSUs covered by this Agreement, Grantee shall be credited on the records of the Company with dividend equivalents in an amount equal to the amount per Common Share of any cash dividends declared by the Board on the outstanding Common Shares during the period beginning on the Date of Grant and ending either on the date on which Grantee receives payment for the RSUs pursuant to Section 6 hereof or at the time when the RSUs are forfeited in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
