Common use of Credit Union Clause in Contracts

Credit Union. Section 1. The Employer agrees to make payroll deductions available to employees who wish to participate in the State Employees Credit Union, as designated by the Union, and any one of the Credit Unions duly chartered under State or Federal statutes and approved by the Employer.
