Credit Union and U.S. Savings Bond Deductions. The City shall deduct from the salary or wages of a member the amount, which the member voluntarily requests to be withheld, and forward payment to the Credit Union. Direct deposit of the entire check may be made to the Credit Union or any established bank at the request of the employee. The City shall provide an additional field for payroll deductions for each member. Use of payroll deduction field shall be in accord with the rules of the Director of Finance and/or the Regional Computer Center. An additional field means one (1) more payroll deduction field than those provided in the last pay period of 1980.
