SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
WHOLE CONTRACT This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Contract between the parties relevant to the purpose described herein and supersedes all prior agreements or proposals, oral or written, and all other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
INTERIM ASSET SERVICING ARRANGEMENT (a) With respect to each asset (or liability) designated from time to time by the Receiver to be serviced by the Assuming Bank pursuant to this Arrangement (such being designated as "Pool Assets"), during the term of this Arrangement, the Assuming Bank shall:

PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES BOYCOTTING ISRAEL CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2271 of the Texas Local Government Code the Contractor must verify that it 1) does not boycott Israel; and 2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the Contract. Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
