Credit Reports. You agree that we may obtain consumer credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies or others in connection with opening or maintaining the Account, increasing the Credit Limit under the Account, or making any extension of credit to you under the Account. We may also ask you for additional information in connection with the Account and request credit reports to verify your current credit standing. You agree that we may release information to others, such as credit reporting agencies, regarding the status and history of the Account. However, we are not obligated to release any such information unless required by law. We may report information about your Account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your Account may be reflected in your credit report.
